IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Groovin The Moo is an all ages event. All patrons, including those under 18, must hold a valid event ticket.
Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while on site.
A maximum ratio of one (1) responsible adult to two (2) minors applies.
A responsible adult must be a parent, legal guardian, or a person acting in place of a parent/guardian and must actively supervise the minor for the duration of the event.
The responsible adult must remain with the minor at all times and may be asked to provide proof of their relationship or responsibility.
Security and event staff may request proof of age at any time.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
– Australian or Foreign Driver’s Licence
– Australian or Foreign Passport
– Proof of Age Card
– Australia Post Keypass
Please note: ID must be current and include a photo and date of birth. Government-issued digital IDs are accepted via official apps only. Photos or photocopies will not be accepted.

CAN’T FIND YOUR TICKET?
Log into your Moshtix Account and resend to yourself! If you’re still having trouble locating your tickets, please contact Moshtix directly. If your enquiry isn’t resolved by the event date, please visit Ticket Enquiries/Guest Services near the front entry. Make sure you bring any relevant purchase info – including booking reference number, email address and your ID.
CREAM OF THE CROP (VIP) ENTRY
If you have Cream of the Crop (VIP) tickets, you need to enter via the dedicated VIP entry lane to receive your VIP wristband.
FAST MOO’VERS
If you purchased a Fast Moo’vers add-on, you need to present your GA ticket and Fast Moo’vers ticket upon entry in the Fast Moo’vers Lane.
BAG POLICY
Any bags larger than an A4 piece of paper or deemed oversized or unsafe by security are not permitted.
Please note if you require to bring a nappy bag larger than A4 size this will be permitted.
ENTRY CONDITIONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Familiarise yourself with the entry conditions and the list of prohibited items before attending. You can find all the details on the Groovin The Moo website.
Please note: exceptions to prohibited items apply for essential baby and toddler items. Parents and guardians may bring nappy bags, feeding supplies and prams/strollers into the event at the discretion of security. For any questions, please contact moo@gtm.net.au
THERE ARE NO PASS-OUTS
No pass-outs will be permitted. This means once you leave the event, you cannot re-enter.
STAY SAFE, STAY AWARE
The safety and wellbeing of everyone attending Groovin The Moo is our top priority. Working closely with NSW Police, our security team and other relevant authorities, we have implemented strengthened security measures for the event. This includes thorough bag checks and wand screening at entry, alongside a full security presence throughout the venue. We encourage all attendees to stay alert and report any suspicious activity to NSW Police, venue staff or security personnel.
If an under 18 ticketholder child is found unaccompanied, they will be taken to the Youth Zone, located near Party Safe and attempts will be made to contact their Responsible Adult. Groovin The Moo staff and contractors are not responsible for supervising children at any time.
GROOVIN THE MOO IS A SAFE SPACE
There’s zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia or ableism. If you witness or experience anything that makes you uncomfortable, talk to security, police on site, or a member of staff.
CONSENT IS AN ONGOING CONVERSATION
This includes comments, touching, photos and looks. If you witness or experience anything that makes you uncomfortable, talk to security, police on site, or a member of staff.
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF AND YOUR FRIENDS
Feeling unwell, overheated, confused or anxious? Head to Medical or alert security straight away. If your friend is unwell, stick with them and seek help.
Visit the Party Safe Tent if you need a space to chill out. The team is there to support you if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
STAY HYDRATED!
Free water stations are located throughout the site.

GETTING THERE
Groovin The Moo Lismore is held at Oakes Oval, Lismore, with the main entrance located via Dawson Street.
We strongly encourage all patrons to plan their journey ahead of time and allow plenty of time for travel, particularly during peak arrival and departure periods.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We encourage you to use public transport to get to the festival.

ROAD CLOSURES
Road Closures are in place for Groovin the Moo, including Dawson and Magellan Streets. For more details on the changed traffic conditions and real-time updates, visit livetraffic.com.
PARKING
If you choose to drive to Groovin the Moo plan ahead and explore the parking options in Lismore using this map.
PEDESTRIAN SAFETY
Please be mindful this event is near a main road. Please use pedestrian crossing points and listen to instructions from Traffic Controllers, Security and Police.

FACILITIES
There is a cloakroom available at Anything Anytime inside the event for $5 per item. You may be subject to a recloaking fee if you need to access your cloaked items during the event. VIP patrons will have access to FREE cloaking inside the VIP area at the Concierge.
LOST PROPERTY
If you lose something at Groovin The Moo, visit Anything Anytime. Someone might have handed it in! After the event, you can collect Lost Property from Guest Services.
Sunday 10 May | 10am-2pm
After this time, all items will be disposed of or donated. Only passports will be handed to the police.
FOOD AND DRINK
You can buy food and drink for the duration of the event. There is no BYO food or drink permitted unless you have medical exemption.
THE EVENT WILL GO AHEAD RAIN OR SHINE!
Plan ahead! This weekend is looking like a sunny Lismore day, however it will get cool at night. Hoodies will be available for purchase at the merch tent. If there are extreme weather conditions, we will be in contact with further information. Please note, umbrellas are not permitted into the event.
SUSTAINABILITY
Help make this event clean and green – no one likes to dance on rubbish! Recycle your cans at Anything Anytime and get $1 back and keep the venue beautiful – it’s a win, win.
ACCESSIBILITY
The accessible entrance is at main event gates on Dawson Street. The accessible lanes are identifiable by a sign and are on a concrete path. For the latest information on accessibility, please reach out to accessibility@fuzzy.com.au.
SHUTTLE SERVICES
Pre-booked return shuttle services are available for Groovin The Moo Lismore from selected locations. A separate email will be sent to all shuttle ticket holders with the relevant and important information.
MINI MOO LAND
Mini Moo Land is a designated space within the festival for families with children. It offers a range of games and activities for younger attendees.
Supervision Requirements:
All children must be accompanied and actively supervised by their responsible adult (18+) at all times within Mini Moo Land and the broader festival site. A maximum ratio of one (1) responsible adult to two (2) minors applies. Responsible adults must remain with under 18 ticketholders at all times.
Access & Capacity:
Mini Moo Land is open to eligible patrons and is subject to capacity limits. Entry may be temporarily restricted during peak periods for safety reasons.
