SHUTTLE INFORMATION
Pre-booked return shuttle services are available for Groovin The Moo Lismore from selected locations.
Please ensure you carefully review your selected departure location and departure time before travelling.
Please note shuttle services are operating one return service only. Continuous shuttle circuits will not operate throughout the day.
PICK UP & RETURN TIMES/LOCATIONS
All shuttle services will have dedicated pick up locations depending on your departure city. Please ensure you carefully review your allocated departure location and departure time before travelling.
GOLD COAST
Pick Up / Drop Off Location: Varsity Lakes Station

Please note travel times are approximate only and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, road closures and event congestion.
BOARDING INFORMATION
Please arrive at your selected shuttle stop at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
To board the shuttle, all passengers must:
– Hold a valid shuttle ticket
– Present a valid GTM event ticket
– Board at their nominated shuttle location
Shuttles will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
Passengers who miss their allocated shuttle service will be responsible for arranging alternate transport at their own expense.
SHUTTLE WRISTBANDS
When arriving at Groovin The Moo via shuttle service, patrons will be issued an official shuttle wristband upon arrival.
This wristband will act as your return shuttle ticket and must be worn at all times while attending the event.
Do not remove, tamper with or give your wristband to another patron.
Patrons without a valid shuttle wristband may be refused access to return shuttle services.
SHUTTLE DROP OFF
All shuttle services will drop off passengers on Dawson Street, directly adjacent to the main event entry gates.
Please follow signage and directions from event staff, security and traffic controllers when arriving and departing the event site.
RETURN SHUTTLES
Return shuttle services will depart from Dawson Street at 10:15pm sharp following the conclusion of the event.
Please head directly to the shuttle zone after the final performances to avoid delays. The shuttle zone will be located on Dawson Street.
Please ensure you board the correct return shuttle service for your departure location.
Passengers who miss the return shuttle departure will be responsible for arranging alternate transport at their own expense.
LEAVING THE EVENT EARLY
No pass-outs will be permitted. This means once you leave the event, you cannot re-enter.
If you leave the event before your scheduled return shuttle departure time, you will be responsible for arranging alternate transport.
UNDER 18 TICKETHOLDERS
Groovin The Moo is an all ages event held on licensed premises in NSW.
Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times, including while travelling on shuttle services.
A maximum ratio of one (1) responsible adult to two (2) minors applies.
CHILDREN & CAR SEATS
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children travel safely and in accordance with NSW transport regulations.
Please ensure children are supervised at all times while waiting for, boarding and exiting shuttle services.
ENTRY CONDITIONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Entry is conditional upon consent to reasonable searches of persons and property, including bags and personal belongings.
The following items are not permitted on shuttle services:
– Alcohol
– Illegal substances
– Glass containers
– Weapons of any kind
– Oversized luggage or bulky items
– Dangerous goods or flammable materials
– Any item deemed unsafe by event staff, security or the transport provider
Passengers may be refused boarding if carrying prohibited items or displaying unsafe, aggressive or intoxicated behaviour.
BAG POLICY
Please travel light where possible.
Large suitcases, oversized eskies and bulky items cannot be accommodated on shuttle services or will not be allowed to enter the event.
All bags and belongings may be subject to security screening prior to boarding.

DELAYS & TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
Please be aware that traffic congestion and road closures may impact travel times before and after the event.
While every effort will be made to operate services on schedule, Groovin The Moo and the transport provider are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Please respect fellow passengers, drivers and event staff at all times.
Any behaviour that compromises the safety or comfort of others may result in refusal of transport services and/or removal from the shuttle service and/or event
