Ticketing

Hey Moo Crew! Just a friendly but important reminder that Moshtix is the only official ticketing outlet for Groovin the Moo 2022 shows.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

GENERAL ADMISSION: $129.95 (+fees)
UDDER MAYHEM: $179.95 (+fees)

WHERE CAN I BUY GTM TICKETS?

Online from www.gtm.net.au or Moshtix
PLEASE NOTE: Your tickets can be printed or scanned on your phone (please make sure your ticket has been downloaded before you arrive at the festival).

Moshtix is the only official place to buy Groovin the Moo 2022 tickets.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

There is a limit of four (4) tickets per person.

I BOUGHT MY TICKETS ONLINE, HOW DO I GET A HARD COPY OF MY GTM TICKETS?

Your individual tickets will be sent to your nominated email address, as a PDF file attached to your booking confirmation email.
These tickets can be opened with Adobe Reader and printed in either black and white or colour. Just make sure that the barcode and all names and dates of birth are visible. Or, you can display the PDF file on your smart phone and that can be scanned at the gates. Handy tip, make sure your phone is charged and in case of limited signal, we recommend saving a copy of the ticket to your phone image gallery.

CAN I POST A PHOTO OF MY TICKET ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

As excited as you might be, GTM advises NOT to post a photo of your ticket with the barcode visible on any social media sites.

BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TICKETS VIA EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Log in to your Moshtix account used for the purchase and select ‘Show My Ticket’ for the relevant event. You then have the option to view the ticket in your browser, download or resend them to an email. Please also check your junk mail, your booking confirmation might be sitting there.

Still need help or you need to change your information on the e-ticket? Please get in touch with Moshtix Support.

CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?

Tickets to GTM are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled a refund will be processed. Don’t worry, you will be contacted with instructions on what to do if this happens.

CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO A FRIEND IF I CAN’T GO?

Yes, BUT as you are purchasing your ticket via Moshtix you need to change the ticket into your friend’s name. It costs $10.00 and the person who originally purchased the ticket must log in to their Moshtix account used for the booking. If you have any problems please get in touch with Moshtix Support.

CAN I SELL MY GTM TICKETS ON VIAGOGO, EBAY, GUMTREE OR FACEBOOK?

No, absolutely not.
GTM tickets may not be resold as a commercial transaction under any circumstance. GTM Festivals Pty Ltd reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation if the original purchaser has sold them. The new ticket holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. This measure, although extreme, is to combat scalpers.

SHOULD I BUY A GTM TICKET FROM VIAGOGO, EBAY, GUMTREE OR FACEBOOK?

We (and we can’t stress this enough) don’t recommend this.
GTM does not recommend purchasing tickets through any unofficial channels such as ViaGoGo, eBay, Gumtree or unknown Facebook accounts and cannot guarantee a patron entry into the event with a ticket purchased via one of these channels. Check out our “Everything You Need To Know” article for more info.

IF I LOSE MY TICKET HOW CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

When receiving your ticket via Moshtix make sure you save or file your email that has the PDF ticket attached so you can re-print your ticket!
If you delete or lose your email that has the PDF ticket attached, all you have to do is log into your Moshtix account and head to ‘My Account’ where you can reissue your ticket. Easy!

DO I NEED TO BRING MY ID?

If you’re UNDER 18
You just need to bring one of the below as proof you are the ticket holder:

– ATM card
– School card
– Library card
– Bus pass
– Or some other form of ID that has your full name on it

If you’re OVER 18
And you would like to access the bar – YOU NEED TO BRING VALID PHOTO ID. This also applies for anyone with an over 18 Udder Mayhem ticket.
Valid photo ID includes one of the following:

– Current Australian driver’s license
– Current Passport
– Current state issued Proof of Age Card or equivalent issued in an Australian state or territory

GTM advises NOT to bring any original documents, such as your birth certificate.

COVID-19 INFO

Groovin the Moo is a touring festival that travels across state borders, welcomes International Artists and a large number of patrons. We have taken into account all three of our state’s requirements and it’s a condition of entry that people who are 18 years of age and older need to show proof of being fully vaccinated or be able to show a valid medical contraindication certificate issued by a medical practitioner in the form approved by the Chief Health Officer to enter Groovin the Moo 2022. Having this in place gives GTM2022 the best possible chance to go ahead as planned! The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron who cannot comply.

Friendly reminder that if you are not feeling well, have any flu like symptoms or are waiting on a PCR test result to please stay home and book in to see your GP.

Remember to be mindful of your fellow Moo Crew’s space, wash your hands after you go to the loo and use the hand sanitiser provided throughout the site.

We are so excited to be back after two years in the back paddock!! Let’s get groovin 🐮💕
